SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Our hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be seen until the following Monday. Please note that orders placed after 1PM may not go out until the next business day (meaning Monday through Friday).

RETURNS POLICY

We offer 30-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer (either opened manufacturer defects or non-opened customer returns). There is a 10% restocking fee. In addition, the customer will be expected to pay for the return shipping and should provide customer service with a tracking number. Please call customer service at 801-528-1250 if you have any questions about a product or our return policy. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
